This Land Rover Discovery was purchased new in April 1995. The
intention was to be a good tow vehicle for taking race cars to
events, and also have an occasional off-road excursion.
Though not actually named for a Dead Pet, Rover deserves
honorable mention here for his participation in many PCA events
as a supporting "Work Dog".
coast to coast several times to Porsche Parades (pulling a trailer
with a Porsche). Rover is equipped with a 12,000 lb winch, special
bumpers, and off-road suspension and tires. He still goes out on
backcountry adventures!
